Wednesday June 30, 2010 Fisker Karma Preview Event in Santa Monica

Fisker Automotive’s first car, the highly anticipated Fisker Karma, made its 2^nd debut in Santa Monica Wednesday night. The preview event, hosted by LAcarGUY, gave people an up close view of the eco luxury sedan. The sporty but elegant Karma is a plug-in hybrid electrical vehicle. Don’t be fooled, this hybrid goes zero to 60 in 6 seconds and can reach up to 125 mph. Made from the finest sustainable materials and state of the art green technology this high-end vehicle is every green-living enthusiasts must have! Did we mention there are solar panels on the roof? This is Izabella’s ideal car choice, the one she’s been  obsessed with for months!

The event took place at Fisker Santa Monica, soon to be the only dealership in Los Angeles to carry the stylish plug-in hybrid. LAcarGUY, owner of Fisker Santa Monica, unveiled the concept of charging stations. Mike Sullivan, president of LAcarGUY, announced the installation of Level 2 Electric Vehicle chargers at Toyota Hollywood, Toyota Santa Monica, Fisker Santa Monica and Lexus Santa Monica.

“Beginning this summer, anyone with an electric, plug-in or hybrid vehicle will be able to drive up to any LAcarGUY dealership and get charged. LAcarGUY is proud to be the first U.S. automotive dealership to offer the only industry-approved electric charging stations on the market.”
